After a few months of going kind of goth with my nail color (a mix of purple and black has been my go-to gel mani), I'm ready to lighten it up for spring and summer. Have you noticed how everyone and her mother is trying neon nails? I've decided to jump on the bandwagon and give this new collection from OPI a try.
Nicole by OPI has two new neon kits, Notorious Neons! and Scandalous! Neons, that include a white base coat that goes under your pink, blue, green, fuchsia, orange, or purple neon polish of choice.
